What PactCraft generates

Jordan Kim ("Contractor") agrees to design and develop a full-stack e-commerce web application for Acme Ventures LLC ("Client"). The project includes a customer-facing storefront, product catalog, cart and checkout system, admin dashboard, and integration with Stripe for payments.

• Responsive front-end built with React and Tailwind CSS
• Node.js / PostgreSQL backend with REST API
• Stripe payment integration with webhook handling
• Admin panel for product and order management
• Deployment to Render with CI/CD pipeline
• Documentation for codebase and deployment process

Project runs from January 15 to March 15, 2026 (8 weeks). Total fixed fee: $8,500, structured as follows:

• 50% ($4,250) due upon signing this agreement
• 50% ($4,250) due upon final delivery and client approval

All invoices due Net 15 from date of issue. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest after the grace period.

Upon receipt of full payment, Contractor assigns all intellectual property rights in the deliverables to Client. Until full payment is received, Contractor retains all rights. Contractor may display the work in portfolio materials unless Client requests otherwise in writing.

This agreement includes two rounds of revisions per major milestone. Additional revision requests will be scoped and billed at Contractor's standard hourly rate of $110/hour.

This proposal outlines our approach to building a brand identity that captures the warmth and craft of your product — and gives your team the tools to apply it consistently everywhere you show up.

You're launching Holloway Coffee's retail line in Q2 2026 and need a full brand identity before your packaging goes to print. The brand should appeal to specialty coffee drinkers aged 28–45 in urban markets, position Holloway as premium but approachable, and work across packaging, social media, and a future website.

We work in three phases:

• Discovery (Week 1–2): Brand questionnaire, competitive audit, moodboard development, 2 concept directions
• Identity Design (Week 3–5): Wordmark, logomark, color palette, typography system, brand voice guidelines
• Application & Delivery (Week 6): Packaging mockups, social media templates, brand guide PDF, all files

Total project fee: $6,200

• 30% ($1,860) to begin the project
• 40% ($2,480) at concept approval
• 30% ($1,860) upon final delivery

WHEREAS, the parties desire to explore a potential business relationship involving the sharing of proprietary data analytics methodologies, client data structures, and software architecture specifications (the "Purpose"); and

WHEREAS, in connection with the Purpose, each party may disclose to the other certain confidential and proprietary information;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

"Confidential Information" means any and all information or data that has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which Disclosing Party is engaged, including but not limited to: proprietary analytics algorithms and models, client lists and relationship data, financial projections and pricing structures, technical specifications and architecture documents, and any other information designated as confidential.

The Receiving Party agrees to: (i) hold the Confidential Information in strict confidence using no less than reasonable care; (ii) not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent; (iii) use Confidential Information solely for the Purpose; and (iv) limit access to Confidential Information to employees and agents with a need to know who are bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those set forth herein.
